1. Warranty Period

• Semiconductor Cooling/Heating Module: 1-year free warranty (covers non-human-induced damage, such as module malfunction or failure to cool/heat).

• Other Components (Shoulder Straps, Zippers, Liner): 1-year free warranty (covers non-human-induced damage, such as strap seam splitting or zipper jamming).

• Human-Induced Damage (e.g., crushing the module, washing the module, puncturing the liner): Requires paid repair. Specific costs will be determined by after-sales assessment.

 

2. Warranty Claim Requirements

• To claim warranty, please provide: proof of purchase (invoice or order screenshot), product model number, description of the fault, and supporting photographs.
