    · Semiconductor Cooling/Heating Module: Covered for 1 year against defects in materials or workmanship under normal use (e.g., module malfunction, failure to cool/heat).

      · Other Components (Shoulder Straps, Zippers, Liner): Covered for 1 year against defects in materials or workmanship under normal use (e.g., strap seam splitting, zipper jamming).


    2. What We ProvideDuring the warranty period, we will repair or replace any faulty, covered part free of charge, provided the conditions of this policy are met. This warranty does not cover any indirect or consequential damages resulting from a product issue.


    3. What’s Not CoveredThis warranty does not cover damage resulting from:

      · Human-Induced Damage: Including but not limited to crushing the module, washing the module (unless specified as washable), puncturing the liner, accidents, disassembly, modification, or improper use.

      · Improper Care & Use: Such as using an incorrect charger/power source or exposure to harsh, non-recommended environments.

      · Normal Wear & Tear: Cosmetic damage (scratches, fading), and natural degradation from regular use.

      · Other Causes: Natural disasters (floods, fires, etc.) or claims made after the warranty period has expired.

    For any damage not covered under warranty, we offer a paid repair service. Specific costs will be determined by our after-sales team upon assessment.


    4. How to Get Warranty ServiceTo make a claim, please contact our Customer Service team and provide:

    1）Your Proof of Purchase (order number or invoice screenshot).

    2）The Product Model Number.

    3）A clear Description of the Fault.

    4）Supporting Photographs or Video of the issue.


    Our Process:

    Step-1: Our team will review your claim. If eligible, we will guide you to send the product back or arrange an inspection.

    Step-2: For approved issues, we will complete the repair or replacement free of charge and return the product to you.

    Step-3: If the issue is not eligible under this warranty, we will share a repair plan and cost estimate. We will only proceed with the repair upon your approval and payment.
