Returns

   · Due to Quality Issues (e.g., damaged parts, malfunction):Request must be made within 7 days of receiving your order. The item must be unused and in its original packaging. We will cover the cost of return shipping.

   · For Personal Reasons (e.g., changed mind, dislike of style/color):Request must be made within 7 days of delivery. The item must be in brand-new, unused condition with all original packaging and accessories (so we can resell it). The customer is responsible for return shipping costs.

Exchanges

   · For verified quality issues not caused by the customer: You may exchange for the same model within 15 days of receipt (after our inspection).

   · For an incorrect size or model sent by us: You may exchange within 7 days. We will cover the shipping costs both ways.

How to Start a Return or Exchange

1. What’s Covered & Warranty PeriodYour warranty coverage begins on the date your order ships from our warehouse.

· Semiconductor Cooling/Heating Module: Covered for 1 year against defects in materials or workmanship under normal use (e.g., module malfunction, failure to cool/heat).

  · Other Components (Shoulder Straps, Zippers, Liner): Covered for 1 year against defects in materials or workmanship under normal use (e.g., strap seam splitting, zipper jamming).

2. What We ProvideDuring the warranty period, we will repair or replace any faulty, covered part free of charge, provided the conditions of this policy are met. This warranty does not cover any indirect or consequential damages resulting from a product issue.

3. What’s Not CoveredThis warranty does not cover damage resulting from:

  · Human-Induced Damage: Including but not limited to crushing the module, washing the module (unless specified as washable), puncturing the liner, accidents, disassembly, modification, or improper use.

  · Improper Care & Use: Such as using an incorrect charger/power source or exposure to harsh, non-recommended environments.

  · Normal Wear & Tear: Cosmetic damage (scratches, fading), and natural degradation from regular use.

  · Other Causes: Natural disasters (floods, fires, etc.) or claims made after the warranty period has expired.

For any damage not covered under warranty, we offer a paid repair service. Specific costs will be determined by our after-sales team upon assessment.

4. How to Get Warranty ServiceTo make a claim, please contact our Customer Service team and provide:

1）Your Proof of Purchase (order number or invoice screenshot).

2）The Product Model Number.

3）A clear Description of the Fault.

4）Supporting Photographs or Video of the issue.

Our Process:

Step-1: Our team will review your claim. If eligible, we will guide you to send the product back or arrange an inspection.

Step-2: For approved issues, we will complete the repair or replacement free of charge and return the product to you.
